Anyway, since then all day every day my stomach has been making noise and I mean noisy noises and noisy noises. Everyone around me can hear them and their worst after eating but they're there all the time. Before Christmas I went to see a GP (not mine as I was on vacation) she was very demissive and although she did a physical check of my stomach she sent me down on my way and made me feel like I had waisted her time. Until today, the noises are still stronger than ever and show no signs of leaving. I'm going to make an appointment with my GP, but the waiting times are like a week, I'm a 41-year-old man by the way. Could it be a sign that I have bowel/ stomach cancer? Looking at things in "Dr Google" is something we all do from time to time, but at least in my experience the more we do we care about it so we try to refrain from doing it if you can. Unfortunately the pain got so bad on my right side and after eating that I started vomiting recently. He had a sigmoidoscopy in early January where they found a polyp that was sent for the test. Last week I had a letter saying that the polyp was an adenoma of tubulovilles with mild-grade dysplasia. I'm going to the hospital on Monday for a complete colonoscopy. I haven't had a chance to talk about what this means as all this goes through the post but I'm trying to avoid Dr. Google since I know it will scare me.
